What is the difference between the MaXXdaddy Monster and the MaXXdaddy Giant? Answer:
Both the Monster and the Giant chairs are exactly the same in the dimensions and materials. The Monster has a headrest and footrest, the Giant does not.

Are there any local retail outlets I can buy your chairs? Answer:
Unfortunately, we do not have any current retail outlets other than our website. On occasion, you can catch us at select air shows and state fairs across the country. If you know of an air show in your area, please feel free to call us and ask if we are going to be there. Question:
Your Kool Standard chair says its been tested to hold 500lbs, would this chair be better for me than one of the MaXXdaddy chairs?
Answer:
Buying the Kool Standard would seem logical by the price, but its not always the best choice. There are many different factors that affect more than just weight capacity when considering the sturdiness of chairs. I was interested in your chairs, but they cost alot. Are these chairs really that good?

Yes. We have spent countless hours of researching, engineering, problem-solving, listening to customers and simply watching people getting in and out of chairs to make our MaXXdaddy chairs the best outdoor folding chairs around. The MaXXdaddy chairs are built with the some of best, most affordable materials on the market. Question:
Why do you produce a chair like the Maxxdaddy? Answer:
After producing chairs for so long, we found that making a chair indestructable also means it will hold more weight. Its all about quality. The stronger the chair, the less likely it is to break. Since we offer a warranty on plastic and metal we need the best product ever produced for the outdoor chair industry. Also telling the customer how much weight the chair will hold lets you know it is not a chair in a giant chain store that holds 225 and still breaks when a person who weighs 150 pounds sits in it. How soon does my purchase ship? How do I track it? How long does it usually take in shipping?
Answer:
Usually by the next day. Unless you order after 11:00 a.m. e.s.t on Friday. You may track your order if you leave an email address. UPS sends a notification that says " Quantum View" followed by a number. Just click and track your own package. On average, UPS Ground takes anywhere from 1-9 days depending on where in the country. What happens if I break something on my chair?
Answer:
You have several options. We can send you the part. They are not hard to repair. If the chair is new it is a defect. We can pick it up and replace it with a new one. You can also send us your chair and we will repair the problem and send it back to you. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Question:
How do I care for my chair? Answer:
Always wash off your chair before you put it back into the bag if it is dirty or has sand on it. To clean the fabric just use soap and water. Question:
Can I buy your products wholesale? Answer:
At this time, we do not have a wholesale program in place yet. It is any option we are looking into for the near future. Question:
Are the headrest and footrests removable?
Answer: Yes. Both the headrest and the footrests are removable from our chairs. Its as easy as turning a few knobs at the bottom and unsnapping a couple of buckles. |
