If you purchased a product from Koolest Products and are not satisfied, you can return the unused product by following the below procedures and policies:
- It is at the discretion of Koolest Products to charge a restocking fee for damaged or improperly repackaged returns. Until Recently we have waived this fee, because of chair returns that had excessively damaged boxes, parts missing and other problems a fee of 5.00 or 10.00 dollars may be applied. Please make sure all returns are in the same condition as you received them.
- Products must be returned to Koolest Products in new condition within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please return to the address listed at the bottom of this page.
- Please include a letter to Koolest Products indicating the problem or dislike with the product. If you placed your order online, please include a copy of the original packing list. If your order was placed via the telephone or mail order, then be sure to include the original name the order was placed under.
- The customer is responsible for the all return shipping charges for the product.
- Upon receiving the product, Koolest Products will refund your credit card for the cost of the product within 10-14 business days. Unfortunately, the shipping and handling fees will not be refunded as it has already been used by UPS.
- Any product returned in used condition will result in a refurbishing fee determined by the amount of use on the product.
- All kooler repairs or returns MUST be verified in advance by Koolest Products. All shipping costs for repairs will be paid for by customer if the problem is not a defect. ie, holes caused by misuse or zippers torn by overloading or abuse.
- There will be a 5% Credit Card Refund Charge for all returns.
- We cannot refund the cost of the chair unless credit card information is sent with the returned product. Please include Credit Card Number, Expiration date, and billing address including zip code. Thank you.
Exchange Policy
If you purchased a product from Koolest Products and wish to exchange it for a different product, you can return the unused products by following the below procedures and policies:
- Exchanges must be returned to Koolest Products in new condition within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please return to the address listed at the bottom of this page.
- Please include a note to Koolest Products stating that your product is being returned for trade. The note must indicate your name, your address, your daytime phone number, the original order id number, which chair you are exchanging it for, quantity, and color. Please include a credit card number with the expiration date for the remaining balance due or credit owed on the exchange.
- If you would like to receive your new product as soon as possible, you can either call us at 888-WE-R-KOOL or 866-WE-R-MAXX or you can place another order via the website. Koolest Products will not ship out an exchange product without receiving full payment or the original product first.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge and the exchange shipping charge.
- Once the original product is returned, we will issue you a credit within 10-14 business days for the original product cost minus the original shipping charge.
- Any product returned in used condition will result in a refurbishing fee determined by the amount of use on the product.
Upgrade Policy
If you purchased a product from Koolest Products and wish to upgrade it for a newer product, you can return the products by following the below procedures and policies:
- Upgrades will be conducted on a case by case basis and purely at the discretion of Koolest Products.
- Upgrade costs will vary depending on condition of previously purchased product.
- Please include a note to Koolest Products stating that your product is being returned for upgrade. The note must indicate your name, your address, your daytime phone number, which chair you are exchanging it for, quantity, and color. Please include a credit card number with the expiration date for the remaining balance due or credit owed on the exchange.
- If you would like to receive your new product as soon as possible, you can either call us at 888-WE-R-KOOL or 866-WE-R-MAXX or you can place another order via the website. Upgrade charges will be credited upon receipt of previously owned product at which time the credit amount will be determined by the amount of use on the product. Koolest Products will not ship out an exchange product without receiving full payment or the original product first.
