When an order is placed, it will usually ship via UPS within 24-48 business day* hours unfortunately sometimes there are unexpected delays. Please call for further information. Due to the supply and demand of our products, our cut off time for orders is 11 a.m. EST Monday through Friday. After 11 a.m. EST, we will still attempt to ship as many orders out as possible in the order they are received. However, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to ship additional orders out after 11 a.m. EST and ask our customers to adjust their orders accordingly. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays unless the customer is willing to pay for Next Day Air Saturday delivery. Orders also will not be delivered or shipped on any major U.S. holiday. Please note: If products are shipped outside of the continental U.S., replacement parts will be sent before any replacement chairs in case of a breakage. This is due to high shipping costs.
UPS Ground:
On top of being the most economical option of shipping we have available, it is also reliable. UPS can ship any package anywhere in the continental United States within 1-9 days depending on the location. With proper planning, a customer can receive their package quickly and affordably.
Western Region: 7-9 days in transit
North Western Region: 7-9 days in transit
South Western Region: 5-7 days in transit
Mid Western Region: 3-5 days in transit
Northern Region: 3-5 days in transit
Southern Region: 2-3 days in transit
South Eastern Region: 1-3 days in transit
Mid Atlantic Region: 2-3 days in transit
North Eastern Region: 2-4 days in transit
3 Day Select:
UPS guarantees that the customer will have their package within 3 business days anywhere in the continental United States. If an order is shipped via 3 Day Select on Thursday, the customer will have their package by Tuesday of the following week.
2nd Day Air:
Need something in a hurry? Get your product within 2 business days to any of the 50 states.
Next Day Air/Next Day Air Saver:
For those customers that had to have it yesterday, get your package to any of the 50 states by the next business day. Next Day Air arrives by noon on the next day. Next Day Air Saver saves you a few dollars by getting it to you by 7 p.m. the next day.
Hawaii and Alaska Customers:
UPS Ground and 3 Day Select are not available. Please use 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air for your orders.
Canada Orders:
UPS Standard is the most economical choice. From the day the order is shipped a customer in Canada can expect to receive their order within 4-10 business days. Please note that the customer will be charged a customs duty fee based upon the cost of the product purchased.

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.
